Two Thai Korean War Veterans to Rest in Peace in the Republic of Korea
The remains of the late Manoch Pummaneekorn and Narong Kae Yeamniyom, Thai veterans who fought in the Korean War to defend the Republic of Korea’s freedom and democracy, will be laid to rest at the UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan. The repatriation ceremony will take place at 18:10 on Wednesday, December 11 at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 Arrivals Hall, with Minister Kwon Oh-eul, bereaved family members, and the Ambassador of Thailand to the Republic of Korea in attendance.
