Officials from veteran agencies and organizations from the United States, Canada, Australia and the Republic of Korea will attend the 2017 International Workshop on Veterans Affairs from September 26 to 27. The theme of this year’s International Workshop on Veterans Affairs is “Snapshot of policies for discharged servicewomen and future directions.” The International Workshop on Veterans Affairs is an annual event which invites relevant officials from countries around the world to compare and analyze systems and policies adopted for veterans. This year’s workshop will be attended by 200 guests including servicewomen, experts, and ROTC cadets and serve as a platform for open and constructive discussions. This time around, the participants will focus on policies designed for servicewomen, which were not discussed in depth during past workshops. |
