| MPVA Honors the Return and Interment of the Remains of 6 British and Colombian Heroes | |

• Repatriation ceremonies for the remains of British veterans (at 5:00 PM) and Colombian veterans (at 6:00 PM) who participated in the Korean War will be held on the 8th (Wednesday). It marks the first posthumous interment of Colombian veterans in Korean soil.
• Interment ceremonies organized by each embassy will take place on the UN Veterans Memorial Day (November 11). A total of 26 veterans will posthumously rest in Korea after the burial. • Minister Park Min-shik stated, "We will make every effort to inform and pass on the sacrifices, blood, sweat, and the history of the Korean War to the future generations of South Korea and the Sending States." |
