Recruitment of Supporters for the 70th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration Program

* Applicants: Open to everyone including middle and high school students and college students
* Number of supporters needed: 70
* Eligibility:
- Individuals with great interest in and understanding of the 70th Anniversary Commemoration Programs (including foreign nationals who are proficient in written Korean)
- Individuals with strong ability to cover and write stories and proficiency in using digital devices
- Particularly, active users of social networking services such as YouTube, Facebook, or blogs, or individuals who can market and promote social media contents (increase Twitter retweets and Facebook likes, etc.)
- Experience as college newsletter reporters or intern reporters at newspapers, magazine publishers, and broadcasting companies is a plus.

Description

* Period: April 2020 to July 2020
* Responsibilities:
- Produce contents for the 70th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration Committee
Website (http://koreanwar70.go.kr) and promote commemoration programs
- Cover stories on the 70th Anniversary Commemoration Programs and write articles
* Supporter benefits
- Writer’s fee
- Letter of appointment and certificate of completion (upon satisfying all requirements)
- Chance to participate in the 70th Anniversary Commemoration Programs
- Compensation and incentives for those who are selected as outstanding reporters
- Letter of Volunteer Service Confirmation (upon satisfying all requirements)
- Marketing training including article writing
