Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Pi Woo Jin attended the ceremony marking the 109th anniversary of Ahn Junggeun's 'patriotic deed' on October 26 at Ahn Junggeun Memorial Museum. The event was attended by Hong Jung Eun, granddaughter of Ahn Junggeun and Park Yoo-chul, chairman of the Korea Liberation Association and distinguished guests. Minister Pi delivered a commemorative speech on the day to commemorate his contributions to the fight for Korean independence.
