Officials from veteran agencies and organizations from the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will attend the 2017 International Workshop on Veterans Affairs from September 18 to 19. The theme of this year’s International Workshop on Veterans Affairs is “Nationwide Memorial Ceremonies and Programs” and “Fostering a Network Between UN Allied Nations.”

The International Workshop on Veterans Affairs is an annual event which invites relevant officials from countries around the world to compare and analyze systems and policies adopted for veterans. This year’s workshop will be attended by 200 guests including servicemen and servicewomen, experts, students, government officials as well as 8 government officials from the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. It is expected that the workshop will serve as a platform for open and constructive discussions between various participants.
