On November 11, Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Pi Woo Jin attended Turn Toward Busan, an international commemoration ceremony held to pay tribut to the UN Korean War veterans The ceremony was joined by veterans from home and abroad, as well as the families of UN Korean War veterans and ditinguished guests. Turn Toward Busan started with a moment of silence at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11 to commemorate the fallen UN soldiers who paid the ultimate price during the Korean War and to promote not only peace on the Korean Peninsula but also world peace. At the event, Minister Pi delivered a commemorative speech to pay respect to the fallen war heroes.
